| Prerequisites: | Those who have satisfactorily completed their VCE, have sufficient work experience, or those defined as being of mature age (mature age is at least 18 years of age and away from formal education for one year). |
Overview
This course is designed to provide the learner with knowledge that will be useful in supporting their work role and to provide a basis for further skill development in Human Resource Management.
Qualification & Recognition
Upon successful completion of this course, students are eligible to receive the Certificate IV in Human Resources.
Recognition of Prior Learning and Credit Transfer
Students may be able to shorten the length of their chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. AQTF qualifications and statements of attainment issued by another registered training organisation will be recognised by Holmesglen.
