  • Program Overview

This course provides graduates with a more holistic view of marketing, enabling you to enter the workforce at a higher level. The practical application of theory and concepts gives you a broad based understanding of business and marketing management, rather than an over-concentration on techniques that are soon outdated.

The capstone "Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation" subject, and practical placement with an employer, exposes you to the need for innovation, to manage change and uncertainty, and ensure that your work is grounded firmly in modern practical application.

The course is designed to produce graduates with lifelong learning skills, who have a healthy questioning attitude in their marketing management careers, and who will not only challenge, but also accept the need for change.

Graduates can start their career in small, medium or large organisations within the public and private sectors. Completion of this qualification provides the skills required in a range of occupations.

At Holmesglen we are committed to supporting our students to achieve their learning goals, so we provide small classes with hands-on experiences. With small classes, you won't be lost in the crowd. You can expect to join approximately 50 other students* in this course: you'll soon get to know your fellow students and feel part of Holmesglen - and your teachers will know you as an individual.

Students commencing a higher education program must attend Orientation.

*This is an estimate based on expected student numbers and this number may vary.
