This introductory course provides you with the skills to enter the field of horticulture, conservation and land management. You will study a range of areas including indigenous land management, natural area restoration and pest management. You will also gain specific skills in the areas of plant, fauna, soil and water conservation. This course is a pathway to further conservation and horticulture courses.
This course highlights the importance of classroom based learning and practical field based work.
