Overview
Gardens and horticultural programs have been used for many years as a therapeutic tool in various settings such as hospitals, rehabilitation centres and aged care centres. This course aims to give participants practical advice on how to run a Horticultural Therapy program. Sessions include practical activities, analysis of needs of different target groups, monitoring the program, adaptive tools and therapeutic design.
