Online Newspapers
The Learning Commons subscribes to an online archive service called Newsbank. It provides online access to The Age, Herald Sun, The Australian and local Ausralia-wide newspapers from 1999 to today. You can access this service via the Databases page under N for Newsbank.
Hard Copy Newspapers
Each branch of the Learning Commons keeps a print collection of the major Australian newspapers onsite. These can be borrowed for use within the Learning Commons by presenting your student or staff card to the Service desk. Papers may be photocopied, but must be returned in complete condition to the desk or a fine may be incurred to cover the cost of replacing the newspaper.
