Login to PCs & Wireless

Every branch of the Learning Commons has a number of student computers for general use. These PCs provide access to the internet and student intranet.

You can login to these PCs using your student number (provided on your Student Card).

Your username is your student number: STU123456
Your password is your date of birth: DDMMYYYY

You will be asked to change your password after your first login. Please keep your password secure and do not share it with others.

Computers can be booked in periods of high demand using MyPC from any computer with internet access.

Wireless Access

Holmesglen provides wireless access to the student network on-campus. This access is provided only to students and staff.

Logging in to the wireless network is the same as for on campus PCs (above). For information how to set up your device on our network please visit Wireless @ Holmesglen.

Conditions of Use

When using these facilities, clients need to be aware of the following:

Holmesglen does not authorise you to make infringing reproductions of copyright material on this computer equipment. It is your responsibility to make sure that any reproductions you make do not infringe the Copyright Act.

The Institute will take disciplinary action where appropriate.
