Services for Staff

Introduction

Although Student Services' name indicates our primary role is directed towards students, we also provide support and consultative services to Holmesglen teaching and administrative staff.

While it is not appropriate for these services to described on this public website, the services available to staff are detailed on the internal staff intranet. If you are a Holmesglen staff member, the page can be easily located by:

• load the Staff Intranet homepage (this should be the page that is displayed when you open your browser)
• select "Departments"
• select "Student Services"

Brochures for Staff

Student Services has a number of brochures that explain services available to Holmesglen staff. Holmesglen staff are welcome to request copies from Student Services. Staff are also encouraged to obtain bulk copies of our brochure produced for students, so that they can be handed out at class orientations or whenever a student referral is appropriate.

Training and Development

Student Services staff are available to present talks and workshops for Holmesglen Staff professional development. Topics include student management, staff rights & responsibilities, stress management, cross-cultural issues, motivation & goal setting, and much more. Workshops can also be developed on specific topics on request.
