Advertising Student Accommodation

Student Services is able to advertise accommodation suitable for Holmesglen students. No charge is made for this service which is open to members of the public and to Holmesglen students. Note that some conditions apply.

Accommodation near the Chadstone, Moorabbin and Waverley campuses:

This accommodation is either:

  • relatively close to Holmesglen's campuses (Chadstone, Moorabbin and Waverley), or
  • within easy access to Holmesglen campuses by public transport.

Accommodation listed includes:

  • share accommodation in private houses, units, flats, or self-contained bungalows.
  • rental properties for groups of students wishing to share an entire house or unit.

Accommodation for Country Apprentices:

Accommodation is also required in private homes for apprentices living in the country who require temporary accommodation while undertaking short-term training at the Chadstone campus.

You are asked to complete both 'sides' of this form, even though there is duplication. Please notify Student Services when the accomodation is taken so we can remove your advertisement. Unless notified accommodation listings are removed after 2 months.
