VET Student Loans
From 1 January 2017, VET Student Loans replaces VET FEE HELP Loans. Holmesglen is an approved provider for VET Student Loans (previously VET FEE-HELP Loan Scheme).
Continuing students will still be able to access the VET FEE-HELP Loan Scheme in 2017 until 31 December 2017 to complete their study in the qualification they commenced prior to 2017. Continuing students must opt-in no later than 31 March 2017 to be able to continue to access VET FEE HELP Loans to assist with payment of VET tuition fees.
New students commencing study for the first time in 2017 at Holmesglen in a VET Qualification may be eligible to access the new VET Student Loan program from 01 January 2017 for Approved Courses only at capped amounts.
VET Student Loans is an income contingent loan program that assists eligible students to pay for all or part of their tuition fees up to the capped amount when studying in one or more Approved Courses (VET) at Holmesglen. Students will need to meet the eligibility criteria, entry requirements and complete some administrative requirements to access VET Student Loans.
