If you are looking for a new challenge, a career in real estate sales or property management in Victoria may be the answer.
The first step in establishing a real estate career is to become an agent's representative. An agent's representative can perform a variety of real estate roles under the supervision of a licensed estate agent.
With this course, you can work as a real estate salesperson or property manager. It is ideal for those wishing to further their real estate knowledge.
Focus will be given to the interpretation of legislation and preparation of documentation to a legally acceptable standard.
Once employed as an agent's representative, career pathways are available to further improve your job prospects.

Prior to enrolment or commencement of training you will be required to complete a literacy and numeracy assessment and a pre-training interview. These will assist with determining your suitability to the course, verify your training plan, and identify any learning support needs.
Sound English language and numerical skills; the ability to understand oral instructions, read technical material and prepare written reports; the ability to use and analyse data, relation and patterns, numbers, measurements and shapes
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING
You may be able to shorten the length of your chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training. AQF qualifications and statements of attainment issued by another registered training organisation will be recognised by Holmesglen. After completing this course, you will be receive a Statement of Attainment.
