How Holmesglen learners are shaping the future of building design

Holmesglen building design learners have once again gained national recognition, receiving major honours at the Design Matters National Awards for the second year running.

These achievements strengthen Holmesglen’s position as a leading provider of building design training in Melbourne and demonstrate the strong technical and creative skills of our learners.

Earlier this year, current learners Nitika Pandey and Stephen Chambers were celebrated for their innovative and technically strong design work across multiple award categories.

Their success follows the achievements of 2024 graduate Riley Watts, who earned multiple national awards for his sustainable apartment project, BEVIS.

These award outcomes highlight our well-regarded building design course, which combines practical experience, the use of the latest professional software and tools, and guidance from experienced teachers.
