If your Holmesglen qualification was issued from 2000 onwards, your academic documents can be added to your My eQuals account.
From October 2023, Holmesglen now provides academic documents in a secure digital format, using the My eQuals platform.
My eQuals is a secure online portal, recognised worldwide for certified digital documents and academic records. It allows graduates to view and share their digital academic records at any time, with employers and education providers.
- Testamur (course/degree certificate)
- Official Academic Transcript
- Statement of Attainment
- Statement of Results (when requested)
As a registered Holmesglen learner, you will automatically be issued digital academic documents through the My eQuals portal.
You will receive an email to your personal email account when your documents are ready to view. Follow the instructions in the email to create your account. If you have an existing My eQuals account, you can simply log in and view your Holmesglen documents. You will then be able view and share you documents securely with anyone you choose.
To ensure you receive your My eQuals details, please keep Holmesglen informed of any changes to your contact information, including your personal email address.

- First name and last name
- Mobile number and email address for contact purposes

If you attend your Holmesglen Academic Graduation ceremony in person or experience extenuating circumstances, you will receive a physical copy of your testamur (certificate) at the ceremony.
If you do not attend your graduation, a $30 administration fee applies to cover:
- Registered postage to an Australian address within three business days
- Testamur printed on high-quality, recycled, acid-free paper with embossed seal
- Processing your request (we accept Visa and Mastercard) over the phone
