My eQuals is recognised worldwide for certified digital documents and academic records, giving you a convenient way to share your qualifications when applying for jobs or further study.
You can access certified Holmesglen academic documents through the My eQuals platform, including:

As a registered Holmesglen learner, your eligible digital academic documents will be issued through the My eQuals portal.

You can access the following documents via the My eQuals platform:
If your email address changes, contact the Awards Department at awards@holmesglen.edu.au. Include your Student ID or date of birth, first name and last name, mobile number and new email address. You can also call (03) 9564 2059.
If you attend your Holmesglen Academic Graduation ceremony in person or experience extenuating circumstances, you will receive a physical copy of your testamur at the ceremony. If you do not attend graduation, a $30 administration fee applies for registered postage, printing, and processing.
You can email your replacement request to awards@holmesglen.edu.au or call the Awards Department on (03) 9564 2059. A $50 administration fee applies.
If your Holmesglen qualification was issued from 2000 onwards, your academic documents can be added to your My eQuals account. Email your request to awards@holmesglen.edu.au with your Student ID or date of birth, first name and last name, mobile number and email address. A $20 administration fee applies.
Yes. You can access further information about accessing and sharing documents, plus logging in, through the My eQuals website.
