The Certificate IV in Cyber Security focuses on in-demand areas such as cyber threat detection, network security, penetration testing, incident response, and securing systems and devices. Learning is delivered through a flexible HyFlex model, allowing you to attend live classes either on campus or remotely, while engaging in real-time discussions and activities with trainers and peers.<p>Training is industry focused and supported by leading technology partners including Cisco, Microsoft and Amazon Web Services (AWS). You’ll use current tools and technologies, build hands-on skills through applied learning activities, and receive guidance from experienced teachers throughout the course, helping you develop confidence and workplace-ready capability for entry-level roles in cyber security operations centres.

Entry Requirements

1. Good passes at Year 11 or the overseas equivalent. <br>2. English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0. Students must be at least 18 years old at the commencement of the course.

Recognition of prior learning

You may be able to reduce the number of units to be studied in your chosen course by measuring skills acquired through work, life experiences or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training.
