Victorian Young Chefs Fundraising Dinner
You’re invited to an inspiring evening at Zest Restaurant, Holmesglen’s Waverley Campus and the ACF (Australian Chefs Federation), as Victoria’s Young Chefs host a 5-Course Fundraising Dinner (food only) to support their journey to the Worldchefs Congress in Wales 2026.
This exclusive event showcases the creativity and skill of Victoria’s next generation of chefs. Each course has been designed and prepared by the Young Chefs themselves, featuring sponsored local ingredients that celebrate the best of Victorian produce.
Enjoy a memorable evening of great food and company while supporting our future chefs. The night will also include auctions and raffles, with all proceeds helping fund the team’s travel and training.
